EFIDA's History

About EFIDA

EFIDA is the abbreviated form of European Federation of Industrial Distributors Associations.

EFIDA represents Europe-wide the common professional and commercial interests of its Members.

EFIDA establishes contacts and fosters exchanges of views among European distributors associations, their members and third parties of interest: European and local institutions, as well as organizations representing manufacturers of industrial equipment.

Within EFIDA the working language is English.

EFIDA's History 2001-2009

• 2001: FIRST CONTACTS AMONG EUROPEAN ASSOCIATIONS IN ITALY AND IN FRANCE AT THE NATIONALS CONGRESS
• 2002: FOUNDATION DATE IN BRUSSEL
• 2003: ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES : FRANCE TAKES UP PRECIDENCY
• 2005: EFIDA 1° EUROPEAN CONGRESS IN FRANCE (Paris)
• 2006: ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES : GERMANY TAKES UP PRECIDENCY
• 2007: EFIDA 2° EUROPEAN CONGRESS IN GERMANY (Berlin)
• 2008: ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES : ITALY TAKES UP PRECIDENCY
• 2009: EFIDA 3° EUROPEAN CONGRESS IN ITALY (Verona)
